Did you know it is possible to enjoy dining in Disney even with a gluten free restriction? Planning our first trip to Disney after discovering I needed to cut gluten seemed overwhelming! But soon into booking our dining reservations I realized I would still have plenty of options! Whether it be dining in the parks with a quick service credit, or sitting down with a table service credit… I could have a great meal! Some of my favorite places to eat GF in Disney are:
Magic Kingdom: For quick service I enjoy the Columbia Harbour House. For table service I love Be Our Guest!
Epcot: For quick service Sunshine Seasons is great! For table service Teppan Edo has wonderful food and it’s entertaining!
Hollywood Studios: For quick service, you can’t beat a turkey leg from Toluca Legs Turkey Company. For table service I love Sci•Fi Dine In Theater (which actually happens to be my all time favorite restaurant at Disney)!
Animal Kingdom: For quick service, hit up Flame Tree Barbecue! And for table service I highly recommend Yak & Yeti.
So don’t fret, my fellow gluten free Disney travelers… You’ve got options!
